I accidentally received the wrong item and when I contacted customer service they immediately sent me the correct order along with a return shipping label. Their kits are beautiful and I can’t wait to start sewing. Everything is cut, labeled and in a beautiful box. I definitely will be ordering more kits in the future.

I love that it's all packaged but it's also overwhelming with all these teeny bags. Gonna take my time organizing everything first by rows, so I don't get confused. This is my first time getting a kit that's completely cut out. Can't wait to get started.
