Italian Roast

Italian Roast without the "bite"

The roast is quite good, as you'd expect from an Italian Roast, but without the "bite". I would rate it a bold and hearty dark roast. Quite flavorful and enjoyable.

It's very difficult to recognize coffee in these beans.

It was too bitter for me. I kind of thought it would be but I had to know.
