Added benefit & texture
This added an extra texture to my usually very soft fluffy rice. If you want slightly less starchy rice with less sugar and starch this is a great booster. I would use it according to my mood and preference but overall it’s good! If you are not used to konnnyaku you may find it slightly fishy or seaweedy but it is plant based.

It's blend in rice well
It gives very sticky consistency to rice--or did I put a bit too much water when cooking rice?-- and blends in well. I couldn't really tell the difference in flavor other than stickiness. Major problem is it's hard to wash them: they floated up when I tried to rinse them with rice. I lost quite a bit of portion to drains when I tried to wash them.
