Refurbished Loftie Lamp

Incredible lamp. Good deal on refurbished. However, the box was quite worn and it looked more like an open box return instead of a refurbished product. I would have expected a new box with a refurbished product and a better discount if I were getting an open-box return. But it still works well and I’m pleased with how it works. I’m getting more deep sleep at night.

They sent the wrong item and I can’t reach customer service! Argh!!!
