items are great but the purchase experience wasn’t. someone working for dore and rose kept spam sending me messages about purchasing an item that i had no interest in. i was also promised a 40% discount that magically disappeared by the time i checked out. it’s unfortunate because the products are good but the marketing is unnecessary

I used to LOVE this business until my last order from them and how they handled the situation! Total mean girl energy and if your package for whatever reason gets sent back to sender they keep your money anyway and don't even ship out another order of all of the items that you paid for plus shipping! Disgusting - save your money and support kind hearted companies!

Very soft and cosy and feels better quality than I expected. I sized up to an M because I heard they run a bit small and I’m glad did because the M fits perfectly
