Colombia Finca La Manoa Geisha Double Washed

I dont know what it is about Geshas, but they take 7-10 days in my experience to really shine. This one is no exception. I roasted to city- city+ ish and tried it every day. Today was day 8 and it is simply amazing to me and worth the extra $. To me, this is what a high end coffee should taste like. Smooth as silk! Il no expert but Ill drink this all day!

I plan to roast the coffee tomorrow and hope it is as good as you say it is.
