Ethiopia Sidama Worku Buche Washed Decaf

The best decaf Ethiopian I've ever had! I got a bit more fruit (classic blueberry flavor) that the description suggested, but I was hoping for that so it worked out.

This is really great decaf! Right off roast, it seemed to have a bit of a herbal taste, but as it ages a bit that has left. Notes of cinnamon, and fruit, and as it cools the sweetness really stands out!

In my search for a bean that I could roast on the darker side; somewhere between high roast and city roast, I tried this Ethiopian. It came out fruitier than I wanted so I kept looking.
