Not too salty. Crunchy. The taste was unique. Subtle. I had them with a hot pastrami sandwich with all the good stuff from my griddle. Normally have sea salt or vinegar chips with it. These chips were the perfect combo. Those other chips overwhelmed the pastrami and I didn’t even notice. Now I do.

These are the best tallow chips we have tried. We tried a different brand and ended up giving the unopened bags away, they weren't even close! Odin's Original are the perfect chips!
