Best halva by far

I’m a halva lover, and have tried many types from many different makers. Few are truly excellent, like an obscure Lebanese pistachio variety I discovered at an exotic import shop. But it’s very pricy and rarely in stock. Most readily available product is mediocre at best. Seed + Mill consistently surpasses them all. Thanks for crafting a truly superior product. Please keep it up.

Separation issue

I love your galvanized with sour cherries. I ordered three boxes and was so disappointed that one of them arrived with a layer of oil on top. It probably was just a flook but definitely a quality control issue.

Favorite flavor and texture

I don't like overly sweet food. This halva is exactly what I love. Not only are the tart cherries plump and tasty, but the texture of the halva is rich and moist. In my experience, that isn't always true. You have made a great product. I am working my way through the other flavors, which are very good, but this one stands out for me.
