Best product for overall health. Great in coffee yogurt smoothies soup. I switched to Sprout Inulin because it is pure organic Jerusalem Artichoke.

This product is amazing, and it's not just for making yogurt, or sprinkling it onto Yogurt; you can add it to other drinks, or recipes for a little dash of sweetness. I hadn't heard of inulin until recently and I am amazed at it's delicate texture and taste.

Works well for me

Second time purchasing this. Seems to work well to maintain gut health. Relatively neutral taste. I have it in my first cup of coffee every morning.
