Osaka Pine Kokedama (Grown Bonsai)

It arrived half dead. The packaging should have mentioend a live plant or fragile which it didnt do i was handed it upside down. The picture couldn’t be further from what i have received. If it survives it will be a miracle. Wouldnt use them again.

Arrived broken off at the top of tree .. Looked like hell and the supposed moss ball was nothing like the photos ....

Totally overpriced for a dead twig. I do not recommend this company.
