Momiji Kokedama (Grown Bonsai)

Plant looked dead when arrived and still looks dead and dried up over two weeks after delivery. No tesponse from Spirit of Japan to my question how long did i need to wait and if no life get a refund.

I ordered 2 plants. They both came in twrrible condition, this one much worse than the other. They jammed both plants into a skinny, small damaged box. All of the leaves except one had fallen off the plant, they were dried out. I hope I can save it. I am a lot less optimistic about this one than the other. I won't order from them again.

It arrived looking all dried up, but I did what the Company had suggested and made sure it had water and indirect light, but it never came back
