I ordered a Seiju Elm from Bonsify. It was not in the best shape when it arrived but since it was in the colder months in my area I attributed it to the tree being dormant. After about a month, there was no change and the branches became brittle and broke easily. I sent photos to Eric and he declared the tree was dead and wasted no time in sending another. No constant back and forth or assigning blame. Just good customer service and honorable business practices. I will be ordering my pre bonsai stock from Eric going forward. A real pleasure to work with.

Dead on arrival!

Unfortunately, died within two days. They immediately sent a new healthy tree which I'm glad to say is doing great. Class company that takes care of its customers! Thank you>
