BaldiePro™ Blade Refill 2.0 + Chamber

Awesome shaver. I love it.

I lost my original blade and chamber, so I decided to order a replacement. By the time the replacement arrived, I found my original. I decided I didn't need the replacement at the time, so I requested a return and it was accepted. The return was approved; however, the company has refused to send me instructions on how to return and label the item. After several attempts to contact them through email, a couple of people said they would send it to me. It's been almost 30 days, and I still haven't received the return label. This company has very bad customer service. I will not order from them again.
