They will send them even though you don't order them. But they need to make sure that you know that there are refills coming and they will be charging you per your account without your knowledge this is a good product but they need to acknowledge that they need to be changed out the blades. Subsequently, you will be charged on your credit card without your knowledge and the package will still come. I have canceled it in and to no avail. Have I received anything from them as far as documentation of the cancellation?

I’ll review the Company instead of the item!! They are terrible Customer Service wise. They refuse to respond to my emails. I have this shaver and need to return 2 items. I accidentally ordered 1 extra charger and need to return it and need to return an extra blade. No response. I put in an item return request and NOTHING.. When you try and comment on their social media- it “rejects” the post/ comment. I will NEVER purchase or recommend them for anything. TERRIBLE.. TERRIBLE.. TERRIBLE!!

Awesome product i use it everyday almost for 2 months and haven't needed a new blade yet. Still have original.. Customer support is amazing as well.
