The cushion Ed’s several inches above the bed instead of blending into te bed.

Exactly the pillows I needed.

I suffer from two spinal injuries- neck and lower back. While reading, I could never get comfortable while on the couch/bed. This pillow system supports my body perfectly. I have not used the heat/cold pack yet.
