First, a little goes a long way. Start small. I use this on my ends and the areas that take a beating as a leave in treatment. I put it on while my hair is still wet, brush it through, and let it soak in. My hair is so healthy after using this for several months that even my hair stylist was like What are you doing different??it's also positively lovely for dry skin (I use it on my hands and arms post shower) and smells wonderful.
