High Fiber Spaghetti

I have been a buyer for a couple of years and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all your pasta. I bought these to resupply my pantry. I then made the Creamy Chicken and Sun Dried Tomato and Spaghetti recipe from your recipe link and it was delicious! A thumbs up!

I will be honest, my first choice in this arena is FiberPasta, which is very similar to your product but with 2% inulin, a prebiotic soluble fiber, which lowers the GI even more. However, their US supplier seems to have disappeared, and the shipping costs direct from Italy are likely prohibitive. That being said, your products are excellent and I enjoy them very much, being 98% similar to FiberPasta.

The spaghetti felt more dense than regular pasta (San Giorgio, Barilla, store brands), as I stirred it and drained the pot. It seemed more filling as well. My husband said he could tell it was a different kind but liked it and ate seconds.
