High Fiber Cavatappi

I grew up with spaghetti being slightly mushy and tasteless. Later I went organic and tasted exotic pastas made with peas and beans and who remembers what else. My conclusion? Eh. Some had some firmness when cooked; some had a bit of taste. All seemed pretentious attempts to elevate the common pasta. Then I discovered Three Farm Daughters and was stunned: This pasta was firm, and tasty with just 2 simple ingredients. I also liked the feminist feel to the name. and the high fiber content. I now always have half a dozen boxes in my pantry and am a loyal consumer. I assume that while not necessarily organic, this pasta is free from insecticides and other forever bad chemicals. I would love it if they ever decided to make a lemon flavored ziti.

My new favorite pasta! Finally don't feel guilty eating pasta - no more "pasta bloat". Cavatappi is such a fun shape but I enjoy all that I've tried.

I am VERY particular when it comes to pasta. This pasta is absolutely delicious! It has the taste and texture of true Italian pasta made in Italy. I especially like that you offer it in every shape and size I need. I am a forever customer now. Thank you for making your amazing product; I have bragged about it at work and had everyone try the pasta dish I made with it and they all agree that it is fantastic!!!!
