Excellent customer service!

I noticed a defect from production on one of my mirrors after it was hung. I sent a picture of the problem and they immediately acknowledged the problem and replaced my mirror. The mirror was remade, shipped and received by me within five days of my notification of the problem. Great customer service and they were so nice to during the process!
