Marling was good, size was toward the middle of the range. I'll probably order these again for special occasions.

Wagyu Picanha is Terrific

Not sure I should let you all in on this! Absolutely fabulous. Maybe better than Filet. Marbling is awesome. Followed the instructions on you tube. Did remove some fat sort of like brisket. Cut with the grain into two big steaks and a smaller end. Season, reverse sear, then cut across grain like medallions. Yield is much higher than you would expect, no waste. So we have another meal. I am a fan.
