Kimchi for fall

The Michihhili cabbage and the daikon radish will go into pop-up pots in an indoor greenhouse so they can be set out for the fall garden. I'm making kimchi to go along with my sauerkraut.

Cabbage Seeds

Well, since there is still over a foot of snow on the ground, I can't tell how well these seeds will grow, but they did get here quickly and appear to be in excellent condition. I'll give an update later in the year.
