Don't waste your time. Just go buy a begonia plant at a nursery. Nothing grew.

Zero germination
I realize that begonias are hard to germinate from seed but I had zero seeds germinate. Very sad.

Still loving the flowers in November!
I started about half the seed under lights and a lot of special care. I planted three seedlings in the flower bed getting some hot sun each afternoon. The flowers are very big compared to the older fibrous begonias. As the time of frost was approaching, I took cuttings and later dug up the plants to overwinter in the house. They are in an unheated window and still putting out blooms!
