Chinese Pink Celery

I didnt expect these to be as large of stalks as a typical celery, but well before potential harvests, they developed rot in the center growth. Could easily be user error as so did most of my UTAH TALL celery

Wow! I don't even like celery!

Though I'm not a fan of celery, I understand its value in the kitchen and knew I had to plant some in my garden. It has so many companions that even if I didn't like it, it would be good to have and being pink, it would be pretty. Nearly every seed germinated and almost every transplant thrived both in the greenhouse and after being planted in the garden. The flavor is still celery but I don't mind it nearly as much. I will be growing this one again next year.
