Highly recommended Shallots

These were a great success in our Vermont garden last year. Harvested in July and stored without any special care in our laundry room, they have proven to be a really excellent storage variety. It's now March and they are fine--the few that remain. We also particularly like how easy this variety is to peel/prep, unlike some shallots. New seeds for our 2026 planting are up and offer a happy green reminder that spring is coming.

Excited to start these seeds. Haven't planted them yet, but they were well-packaged.
