Tri-Tip Roast

Never knew if could be so good

I have never cooked a tri-tip and am a scaredy cat when cooking. It was surprisingly easy and taste was spectacular. Will add to my list of regulars.

Tri tip roast.

I received my meat package on Tuesday. I left the roast to thaw out. AN cut them into hunks. marinated them and put them in my FRIER. I almost mixed in onions.. and baked some small potatoes and Steamed broccoli. Just enough for my husband and I .. I also topped the meat with a mustard and Swearve sugar tiny bit of water to use as a dip but I poured over the meat and onion. GOOOOOD..
