The Ice Brick

Sturdy, easy to open/close, not rough on your skin if your bumping them in the tub. Flat and wide I think helps them freeze quick. Left them in the tub for 2 days and while the plunge after 48 hrs wasnt AS cold, it was cold enough for me to feel the benefits!

This came free as part of a bundle I purchased. It does take up freezer space, but great to not have to buy ice or pour ice from fridge/freezer. I wouldn’t have purchased this separately initially, but super glad it came with my bundle purchase.

I previously had a cold plunge and tried different ways to get it cold...bought ice from store, amazon freezer blocks, whiskey ice blocks, etc....these are by far the easiest, most convenient, and most effective!
