Ortho Stretch Cushion Shoes - Midnight Black

If I could have given this zero stars I would have! Shoes are hard as rocks, too big, and when I asked for a refund, absolutely no return information has been given to date, only emails wanting a picture of the size of the shoes. As I told them, the size I ordered is what's on the inside of the shoe, but they're too big. And hard as rocks! What I got from this company is the sound of silence, no return information to date. The shoes are pretty, I'll give them that much, but I need correct fit and comfort, these shoes do not offer that. I absolutely would not recommend them simply because of a lack of customer support.

I gave a 2 because they are very nice looking , however they are not true to size and do not have a wide toe box like I thought, narrow ,so because of my bunions and neuropathy I can't wear them. I wrote in and asked how to trade them for a bigger size since I purchased the size guarantee and got an email that basically said I must return in original package, understandable, but then it said that they will decide after they get them back in that country if they will refund me or not and also keep the shoes. I guess I'll donate them where I work.
