Honestly I was disappointed with the insoles advertised with this particular shoe. They are flat and flimsy so there’s no way to get support unless the molded base has arch support properties. The online advertising is definitely deceptive but you get what you pay for. As far as the 45 day guarantee it sounds like the returns need not show wear unless you’re thinking of walking on a cloud because this shoe missed the point. So a doctor developed this shoe?
