Just recently received my replacement order after a mix up with FedEx delivering first order to the wrong house. Upon first inspection products look well constructed and with first use I was impressed by the sharpness of the blades. The chef knife feels a bit lighter than my older 10inch so it’ll take some getting used to but it certainly will come in handy for some finer chopping. Glad to finally have a decent paring knife as well, should last a lifetime.
