Stacked Series - Hip Thrust/Glute Builder- Plate Loaded FL1844

I would have given a 5 star.....but.....

This machine is GREAT, the directions are HORRIBLE! I'm very mechanically inclined and the directions were basically non-existent as far as which part goes where, what nuts and bolts go to which piece. (There are some interesting typo's, though that made me laugh) The directions say "30 mins for experienced people" to put together, it took us just under 4 hours to assemble. Another complaint is the direction pictures of the parts are NOT matching. The company has streamlined the parts (great) but haven't updated the pictures on the manual. There is a video put out by Body Kore, but it doesn't show which nuts and bolts go to which piece and there is no voice or closed caption. Obviously, I'm frustrated at the directions/manual. Another person also said in their review the directions were bad. Body Kore you ought to listen to your customer base.
