always fun to talk to support and I usually call, but I know that ordering is simple and so much more convenient than finding a store that has the sodastream and even knows how to do an exchange of the full and empty tanks. This is so easy and shipping the tanks back is so much better than lugging them into the store to exchange. I love sodastream. Fine product and great service/support if you need it.

The taste is exactly the same as the cans.

While I received my CO2 cartridges, unfortunately only one bottle of the drink mix was received- although I ordered four and I'm sure my entire payment was taken.
