It was good that Sodastream sent a spare cylinder, but frustrating that it was because my subscription delivery was delayed, and they didn't bother to inform me before I called to enquire about my order status

Shipping mixup

I ordered 4 cylinder refills; I received 3. I called, and was sent the 4th one that I had already paid for. I didn not receive "an extra" cylinder. I have been ordering refills for years, and this is the first time there was an error. Thank you for taking care of my order so quickly. I mailed my 4 empties back last week.

Received the wrong cylinder (pink instead of blue). Also, was told by customer service to drive and drop it off at an aithorized retailer, which are far, where I live.
