It's getting me more difficult to find stores that sell the cylinders. I found this to be easy and efficient. My last order took a little longer than expected to receive. But as long as you remember to order them in time it works well. I have four cylinders and replace all four.

Long shipping and wrong item
We've been soda stream customers for several years. This past month we have had a terrible experience with Soda Stream. We ordered a 4 pack of quick connect co2 refills as we have done in the past. After ten days our order still had not shipped. We emailed customer service and two days later our shipment showed up. . only to find that we received the wrong co2 containers that are incompatible with our machiene. We email customer service again and still no response. We called customer service and were told we cannot ship the wrong ones back because they are full so we need to take them to our local retailer and "surrender them". We are then told they are shipping the correct containers. This was one week ago and we have yet again not received our order. . we are extremely disappointed with this service and are considering terminating our regular orders from Soda Stream if they cannot make this right.
