Unexpected Quality and Service

I was hesitant to purchase these glasses, not knowing the quality of the product. When I received my order 2 glasses were broken during shipping and I reached out to Glasvin. They responded very quickly and within a day or two, the replacement glasses were on the way. I have now had the chance to live with these glasses and they have become my favorite. I am always reaching for them when I open a bottle and I can truly say that they have improved the experience of wine for me. I liked them so much that I ordered some for my best friend as a gift. I really appreciate that they are based in the US which reduces shipping times and if needed replacement glassware won’t take forever to arrive.
