Heavenly aroma (and flavor and color)

I have been making mint tea with saffron as my bedtime ritual. Could be just a placebo effect but it relaxes me, and I really like the aroma and the flavor. One of these days I will make saffron rice, almond cake with saffron and honey, and Sholeh-Zard.
