Ortho Stretch Cushion Shoes

Have to struggle to get shoes on. The elastic around the top of the shoe bunches when i tru to slide my foot in. Need a shoe horn to get shoes on. After wearing multiple times, i capn say that these are the most uncomfortable shoes i have worn in quite a while. My feet ache after wearing. Not supportive at all.

ordered normal size I’ve worn for years. The shoes do not fit. My toes are squished in the end. I contacted the company and have emailed numerous times. They have not refunded my money. They said that I could keep the shoes & they would give me 20% refunded. What good is it to keep a pair of shoes that don’t fit. I want the whole amount refunded and the shoes returned .I have asked for a refund and to send me a shipping label so that I can return the shoes and they said they can’t take the shoes back due to hygiene reasons. I said I only tried them on but they said donate them and I said OK. I will do that and now they’re telling me that the only way I can get my money back is to take them somewhere and donate them and send them a receipt from where I donate and then they’ll send my money back when I have continually offered to return the shoes and they are not willing to work with me, so I will never order from them again, very poor customer service

I have had foot surgery for plantar fasciitis and have arthritis and gout. I wore these shoes all over Hawaii for 10 days with excellent results! I had plenty of toe room, good support and cushioning.
