Ortho Stretch Cushion Shoes

ordered normal size I’ve worn for years. The shoes do not fit. My toes are squished in the end. I contacted the company and have emailed numerous times. They have not refunded my money. They said that I could keep the shoes & they would give me 20% refunded. What good is it to keep a pair of shoes that don’t fit. I want the whole amount refunded and the shoes returned .I have asked for a refund and to send me a shipping label so that I can return the shoes and they said they can’t take the shoes back due to hygiene reasons. I said I only tried them on but they said donate them and I said OK. I will do that and now they’re telling me that the only way I can get my money back is to take them somewhere and donate them and send them a receipt from where I donate and then they’ll send my money back when I have continually offered to return the shoes and they are not willing to work with me, so I will never order from them again, very poor customer service

I think these shoes are the worst shoes I have ever bought. They ae to big and the “laces” are not laces. I can’t get them to adjust to my foot and they just hurt to walk in. My feet just flop around in the shoes. I will not be buying these shoes ever again. I just want my money back.

This shoe is very uncomfortable I'm trying to send it back but you guys keep telling me wait 45 days or more I'm going to send them back now but I need to know how
