I love the capsules

I have used floradix iron intermittently through the years during pregnancy and postpartum and now into peri menopause. I have always used the liquid, which had to stay refrigerated. I love the capsules, so much easier than the liquid. I always return to floradix brand for my iron needs because it is so quick to assimilate and i usually see positive results within 10 days or so ( other iron can take up to 2-3 weeks) and have never experienced constipation or other symptoms

So much more convenient than the liquid. I used to forget to take the liquid but now this is with my other pills so it’s easy to take. The capsule is not too big at all. Thank you!
