All-Purpose Support Medium Arch

These arch supports fit my shoes well and provide the support I need. This is the 3rd pair I’ve purchased over the last 5 years. They are durable and hold up well. Having several pairs of arch supports allows me to keep them in the shoes I wear most often and eliminates having to switch them out.

I'm pregnant and needed more arch support than my hokas provided. These have absolutely made my feet hurt way less and helped to make sure that I do not end up with flat feet due to this pregnancy. It's wild to think how much a little tiny being the size of a bean is already changing my body so much. Dang hormones. Anyways 5/5 would recommend, super helpful!

The insoles make walking so much more comfortable. Every sneaker I own has this insole.
