I bought these just to see if the height boost was real. Unfortunately, no real height difference, they are somewhat comfortable but also cumbersome. They flatten with each step in the shoe so your footing feels off with each step. They also make your shoe tighter because of the heel thickness. Would not recommend, all these “good fit” comments have to be bots or paid reviews.

They are more comfortable than I expected. Im not sure they really make you 2 inches taller..ive worn them over a week and no one had said a word

They make your feet sit too high in athletic shoes and put quite a bit of pressure on top of the foot being smashed against the tongue because of them being so thick. Had high hopes, but feet left disappointed.
