Jogger Sweatpants

I liked the fit of the joggers, but I wore them before I noticed the hole in the stitching. I contacted customer service and they acted like they were going to resolve the situation, but after following up for weeks, sending photos, and many emails they just stopped responding. I have lots of shirts from this company, but I think I am frustrated enough from being ghosted that I won’t be a return customer.
