First of all, the shipping? Gorgeous! Super impressed with the silver bubble envelope as well as the bottle the wave cream came in, both were lovely. Wave cream has a beautiful scent - light, slightly floral, very clean and soapy or just washed hair scent. I have barely naturally wavy hair and I tried using a little, I tried using more, I tried using a lot. Doesn’t do much to accentuate waves like some products do, but it did calm the frizziness. All in all, I will not order it again. Maybe someone with a more wavy texture would have better luck.

Defective pump

I ordered the Wavetech Cream, and tried to use it last night. The pump is defective, and I had to slap the bottle on the palm of my hand to get the product out. I emailed Xmondo's customer service, and have not heard a peep. I love this cream, but I despise bad customer service, so this will be the last purchase I make from Xmondo.

Great product

I paired this with the wave mask and the results lasted a week. My curls were silky and well defined
