My favorite green beans, double fermented, 72 hours or 96 hours, from my favorite shop, Captain's did the wonder for me for my friends. I roasted them medium and packed them for my trip to Sweden, Norway, and Hungary. My friends loved them. One even only brewed these special coffee on weekends only to take time to savor the flavor. Europeans drink coffee mostly at the office from those big coffee machines, which offer many different styles of coffee but quite similar taste: strong, bitter, and full body. Therefore, when they tried my coffee from Captain's, the acidity was so new to them and they were won over. The juicy sweetness with complexities in flavors conquered them.
