Lume missing --customer support not existing
Lume missing from hours hand. Contacted support email twice and never received feedback.

Paid upfront for taxes and duties to be included in purchase, then had to pay again since the courier sent through a message requesting further payment.
Have not received further correspondence about the refund for having to pay twice for taxes and duties
In terms of the watches, the kids size glow is good and as expected. The adult size glow with GMT I'm not 100% happy with since the GMT function seems to get out of sync quite easily and the mechanism for changing the time feels fragile and cheap (difficult to engage the crown to modify the GMT time and the whole mechanism feels loose)
