Love the Watch - Band Already Tearing
My son loves this watch, but the band is already tearing. I had hoped for a more durable band, given that the Blok watch is designed for kids. Anything you can do to make this right would be much appreciated.

A big shout out to the Blok team. Sent a replacement for the original watch which had a rare malfunction at no cost at all. No questions asked, no fuss, no problem that we are in Europe. Impressed with the service. At Blok the customer does indeed come first, which is of utmost importance, especially if the customer is a 7-year old boy all excited about his first watch :)
