Quality Products, Return took a while to process

The watches are great quality and are quite helpful with teaching kids to tell time. I did receive the wrong watch the first time I ordered a bundle and it took 2 weeks to get the necessary return label. However, I'll take their word that a lot went wrong on this one return and that is not their standard of customer support. I have ordered a couple other times with no issues at all.
