Poor customer service. Not too impressed with blok 38

We were not too impressed with the blok 38. The GMT markings were not executed well and would actually prefer not to have GMT at all. The hour hand on the black and gray watch is difficult to see. While I appreciate the heft on the stainless steel chassis, it feels too heavy for the nylon wrist band and imbalanced. Worst of all, I’ve been trying to contact blok on returning the blok 38 and after 1 week and 3 follow ups, no one is responding. My son liked the blok33 as it was his first watch.
