Absolutely love. We are huge shallot fans. this oil is great alone or even adds to a dish that has shallots in it. Highly recommend.

Full and robust flavor

The shallot infused olive oil is top notch and I use this in most recipes now. Full body flavor but not overpowering. Most recipes I use this for are skillet/stove top meals but did try in salad dressing and absolutely loved it paired with the black garlic balsamic.
