Roasted Shallot Infused Olive Oil

Full and robust flavor

The shallot infused olive oil is top notch and I use this in most recipes now. Full body flavor but not overpowering. Most recipes I use this for are skillet/stove top meals but did try in salad dressing and absolutely loved it paired with the black garlic balsamic.

Light Shallot Flavor

I thought this was going to be a strong, bold oil, but to my surprise it has a nice light flavor. It paired well with asparagus.
