Men's Venice - Ivory White

I had first purchased a pair of Athens from Kizik, which I loved, so I thought I’d give another model a try. The fit of the Venice was weird, and turns out their “really easy free exchange process”, wasn’t. Their website led me to a location to be able to ship my shoes back, which was a 45 minute round trip drive, that actually doesn’t accept their shoes for return. Then suggested to drive an hour to a UPS or FedEx. Finally said I could box/ship them back via USPS, would need to drive to a location 10 miles away. At that point, doing an excahge for a $65 pair of shoes just wasn’t worth it. So I’m just stuck with a pair of shoes I can’t wear. Not the most expensive issue I’ve ever had to deal with but I doubt I’ll order from them again unless it’s an Athens since I know the fit, and even then I may not since they’ve changed that model recently and I don’t know that I could trust it and the exchange process is impossible.
